Memoryies of QPRHAHA away
|
Only a few for me. In 2002/03 season I think, I remember losing 1.0 and Zamora missing a citer with moments to go. Best bit was West Ham fans were singing “size 14 you’re having a laugh” to two absolute lumps in the QPR end. They didn’t return to their seats in the 2nd half.
Few season back Jarvis and Vez Te scoring and winning 2.1.
I am sure you lot can do better

I remember getting done 3-0 and QPR were relegated. Butch WILKINS was player manager and Dani had gone AWOL.
Also remember a night game where it finished 0-0, mid 90's I think. Place resembled a building site.

The McAvennie 1-0 game in 85 was my first ever there.
The cup game in 88 was fucking ridiculous though. Never seen anything like it. We had 3 sides and they stopped the game due to over crowding.
Watching the stewards SWEEP horse shit up from a plastic pitch was a highlight. We lost natch.

Mayhem in the fa cup with tonnes of moody tickets, lost .
David Kelly scoring to put us one nil up, absolutely all over them, they missed a penalty and we still ended up losing.
Haven't been since.

Didn't we lose another cup game over there and Andy IMPEY got on the end of one for them?

I remember one game in the 80s where I was about 12 and got tickets with a mate and done no research on where the ground was. We looked on a tube map and saw Queens Park station on the tube Bakerloo) - needless to say the ground was nowhere near where got off

1994, 2.1 on defeat on SUPER SUNDAY. Spanked us first half (Sinclair scored) and we had a right go in the 2nd, nicked a late goal and deserved a DRAW.
Season before was a respectable 0.0 after getting whacked 0.4 at Upton Park.
Good team back then

My first away game, December 1985 - won 1-0 thanks to Frankie Mac.
OneMac told me recently that Frankie came straight from a flight to play in the game. Can't imagine a player doing that these days.
Have been over there a few times since, think we've lost every time
